1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Products must remain intact, unused, with original tags and purchase invoice.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product has defects caused by JNC.
2. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products with technical defects or damages during production.
Products damaged or deformed during transportation.
Products delivered incorrectly (wrong model, wrong quantity).
3. Return & Exchange Process
Customers contact JNC via email or hotline to report the product issue.
Provide photos and order information for JNC’s verification.
Once confirmed, customers return the product following JNC’s instructions.
JNC will either replace the product with a new one or issue a refund (if the customer does not wish to exchange).
