Founded in 2019 by Carla Le, JNC Macramé carries a mission to share the intricate beauty of macramé art while creating sustainable livelihoods for rural women in Nui Tuong Village, located just three hours north of Ho Chi Minh City.

Born from a deep love for her homeland and a strong belief in women’s empowerment, JNC Macramé is more than just a brand — it is a journey of connection and transformation. Here, every handcrafted piece is a reflection of skilled hands, rekindled artistic passion, and the inner strength awakened in each woman.

2019
JNC BEGAN OPERATING IN THE MARKET

Founded in 2019, JNC Handicrafts began as a simple idea with a big mission: to combine Vietnam’s traditional craftsmanship with modern design and turn it into a socially responsible business.

Starting from a small workshop with a few artisans, we began producing handmade macramé products, blending the boho aesthetic with traditional knotting techniques.

With no significant recognition at first, we were driven by two core values: quality and integrity.

2020 - 2021
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES, BUILDING A STRONG FOUNDATION

The COVID-19 pandemic was a significant test for our business, but it also became a time of
growth and resilience. During these years, we:
● Established a network of artisans in Southern Vietnam
● Reached international clients through online channels and trade fairs
We did more than just produce; we listened, customized, and grew alongside our partners.

STRENGTHENING OUR POSITION IN GLOBAL MARKETS

By 2022, JNC was exporting to countries such as America, Denmark, Poland, Netherlan, Australia, France, Japan, Korea…., positioning itself as a reliable supplier of:
● Handcrafted home decor
● Eco-friendly gifts and lifestyle products
● Custom OEM/ODM services

We invested heavily in production processes, quality control, and professional packaging to ensure that every product leaving JNC was a worthy representation of Vietnamese craftsmanship.

FROM CRAFT TO COMMUNITY
Along the way, JNC became a co-founder of the Nui Tuong Organization, a nonprofit initiative that provides free English and life skills classes to children in rural areas of Vietnam.

to Dreams with Open Wings

At JNC, we believe that every handcrafted product carries a story within it – and the biggest story we are weaving is the dream of education for children in remote areas.

As co-founders of the Nui Tuong Organization – a non-profit operating in Nam Cat Tien, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam – we have been providing free English and life skills classes to underprivileged children.

Over 100 students have participated in the program. Among them, 10 children have received international scholarships – moving beyond the mountains and stepping into new horizons.
